Shalini Sethi has been associated with Srushti, with  valuable advice for strengthening the  placement cell. Through Sethi Foundation she has encouraged innovative  initiatives at Srushti,  like the Startup Challenge, Youth Social Innovation, etc. They also provided computers for  Srushti computer lab.   

Shalini Sethi is Chairperson of Sethi Foundation which is focused on the theme of Technology Enabled Philanthropy. Shalini is a serial entrepreneur and founded Emploi Globale, Career Profiles and Job Curry in her previous avatars after working with ISB and HCL Group. Shalini is an MBA from FMS University of Delhi. Her interests include Wildlife Photography.
