In today’s times, after Covid-19 pandemic, we are entering a new world order & economy which requires new ways of working. Srushti students, fare much better in the world with skills to learn, creative problem solving skills and adaptability to change and computing skills.
Career preparation starts from the first day of college.
The curriculum is planned to integrate theory with real world experience prepares students for workplace.
With the mentorship & guidance from all faculties we help the student to confidently transition into careers of their strength & interests by helping them make an informed career choice, by participating in innumerable activities & doing passion project, internship, etc.
Students, who are entrepreneurial, can participate in the yearly Startup challenge by Sethi Foundation and start their venture, while in college.

Learning@srushti Project Based Learning
Learning at Srushti is a very exciting, making you want to know more, apply it, to solve problems you see around you. We design open spaces for our community of learners to co-create together on various concerns, learn & grow. Our community of learners includes both faculties and students.
Students will go through the rigor of academics, with regular assignments, tests, which will help them to develop knowledge and excel in their exams.
Student will learn through a Project based methodology, where they will do BGBTP ( Bridging gap Between Theory & practice ) mini projects, passion project, entrepreneur project, social innovation, event management project through their 3 years of college.
Faculty at SRUSHTI have a exciting and challenging time at Srusthi to integrate knowledge from different disciplines and make learning a transformational experience for students.
Our teachers are our backbone. Ms. Jane Sahe, was awarded the best teacher award in 2019, Ex Faculty of Azim Premji University, and for her life long service dedicated to teaching English Language and setting up libraries.
Campus life Student Self Governance
All events at Srushti are student driven right from inception, execution and review of any event, where they learn to co-create with the community of learners.
Students take a position as student council member or Self Governance member to hone their leadership skills. Student Self Governance helps students to active participate in their learning & development, resolve issues concerning them and their peers @ campus. They learn the democratic ways of working, together with all.
Students can initiate any club of their interest, form a team and run activities under it. They will get full support form the Management to run it. Some of the active clubs are, Sports club, Arts & Culture Club, Entrepreneur Club, Youth social Innovation club.

StudentI am Vijith, from Kerala and have always been curious about world affairs. At Srushti, I got this space to explore and was given Life Long Learner award on my graduation day. What I like about Srushti, is the Alumni Engagement. It started this wonderful initiative “Alumni Lecture Series”, where I spoke to my juniors. Following this I did a 1 week online classes on “Preparing for competitive exams”. This experience not only helped me discover my talent for teaching and gave me confidence to apply it in another field. Ofcourse, it gave me satisfaction to give back to the college.
